1. General Terms

1.1 The MAXLEVERAGE is a promotion offered by Investizo LTD. (herein ‘the Company’) to its new registered and existing Clients under the following terms.

1.2. The Client acknowledges that he/she has read and agreed these Terms and Conditions:

• By registering in the client's cabinet.
  
  

• By entering promo code MAXLEVERAGE when making a deposit.
  
  

• By making a deposit or internal transfer to account participated in this promotion.   

1.3. The promotional period for MAXLEVERAGE shall run from the effective date: September 16, 2024, onwards. 

1.4. The Company reserves the right to the refuse offering of the MAXLEVERAGE promotion at its sole discretion without any explanation. In such cases, the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses that result from a MAXLEVERAGE cancellation. 

1.5. The Client is allowed to participate in MAXLEVERAGE promotion only within one Client’s profile. It is prohibited to register another Client’s profile with the same name. 

1.6. If the Company suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse a MAXLEVERAGE promotion, then the Company reserves the right to deny offering increased leverage and terminate that Client’s access to the service and block that Client’s Account. 

1.7. The MAXLEVERAGE  promotion only applies to Standard Real and ECN Real accounts. Demo accounts are not allowed to participate in this promotion. 

1.8. The MAXLEVERAGE only applies for Сlients registered in the сlient's cabinet https://investizo.com/cabinet and who have made a deposit of more than $100. 

1.9. The MAXLEVERAGE promotion  only applies on full profile verification consisting of:

• verification of email
  
  

• verification of phone
  
  

• verification of identity
  
  

• verification of address
  
  

1.10. In order to get an increased leverage on his trading account, the Client has to enter promo code MAXLEVERAGE when tops up his trading account.

1.11. The Company has the right to amend, alter or terminate this MAXLEVERAGE promotion at its sole discretion, and any time without notice.

1.12. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the Company Management in a fair manner.

2. Operational Terms

2.1. The increased leverage is available on MT4 ECN and STANDARD accounts, including Copy Trading accounts. 

2.2. Accounts participating in the MAXLEVERAGE promotion have a leverage of 2000 for forex instruments, and 1000 for gold. 

2.3. The increased leverage is available on MT4 ECN and STANDARD accounts with equity not exceeding 10,000 USD or its equivalent in account currency. If equity exceeds 10,000 USD leverage will be automatically decreased to 1000 for forex instruments and 500 for gold. 

2.4. The increased leverage is automatically decreased to 1000 for forex instruments and to 500 for gold in the following period of time: 

• from 10:00 PM (server time) Friday to 2:00 AM (server time) Monday;
  

• 10 minutes prior to an important news release (news marked with two and/or three stars in the economical calendar on the website of the Company) and within 10 minutes after the announcement of the news release.
  
  

After the specified periods of time increased leverage (2000 for forex instruments and 1000 for gold) will be automatically restored. 

2.5. Investizo reserves the right to request additional identification information from the Client. In case of refusal to provide such information, as well as refusal to provide documents for verification of the Client’s identity and address, Investizo has the right to block such Client’s trading account till the requested additional information is provided.
